Flexible closed cell dielectric foam
Due to the low dielectric constant, the materials are essentially transparent to electromagnetic energy. It offers excellent thermal insulation. Eccostock PP is lightweight and will return to its normal thickness after being compressed. It can be heat sealed to form blocks of material or to make contoured pieces that can be draped over complex objects. Eccostock PP can be used as radomes, blankets, and coverings where radar transparency is desired as well as spacer in electronic.
Flexible dielectric elastomer
It weighs only about half that of polystyrene and one quarter that of polytetrafluoroethylene. FlexK LoK is waterproof and has excellent thermal characteristics, tolerating high and low temperatures. Material does not flake or shed. It s used in a variety of application from thin dielectric spacer in PCB to radome.
Eccostock HIK 500
High temperature tuned low loss dielectric stock
When subjected to high temperatures, the surface will darken. This however has no adverse effect. Eccostock HiK500F offers low moisture absorption and low outgassing properties for space applications. Light weight dielectric thermoset
Eccostock LOK weighs only about half that of polystyrene and one quarter that of polytetrafluorethylene, making it first choice for weight sensitive application. It has better dimensional stability than other low loss plastics and exhibit very good moisture resistance It will not cold flow, nor will flow when heat is applied. Eccostock Lok is of benefit in application like coaxial, waveguide and antenna support to minimize reflections in transmission line thanks to its low dielectric constant.
Low outgassing thermosetting low loss dielectric
Eccostock 0005 is showing good machinability and can easily be bonded to other material. It s a good choice for custom microwave/coaxial transmission line components (spacer in Type N connectors, waveguide supports, antenna insulators, microwave lenses... Eccostock 0005 is able to withstand high voltages for producing gap switch houses, capacitors and other components and show high radiation resistance with little change in dielectric loss with exposures up to 1000m rads.
One part cure in place low loss dielectric
ECCOSTOCK FFP is designed to infiltrate densely populated electronic packages, readily filling void space around components when vibrated in place. It can be used to stabilize crystal oscillators as well as other delicate components that need to be held in place or thermally and vibration protected.
